Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010 with CAS Array and DAG

Hi
We have an Exchange 2003 environment (single server ) co existing wiht 1 Exchange server 2010 ( all server roles) based on Windows 2008 Active Directory.
I am planning deploy 2 CAS & HT servers with CAS Array and build a DAG on differnet hardware with 2 MBOX servers.
Appreciate if somebody could share the steps to achive the above further moving the mailboxes to the DAG and removing the old exchange 2003 and exchange 2010 servers.
Kindly advice

You should follow the Exchange 2010 Deployment Assistant when moving from 2003 to 2010:

Moving mailboxes from 2010 to 2010 is the same as any mailbox move.
