AutoDiscover via Outlook pass, External AutoDiscover via Exchange Analyzer Does not pass

  Hi everyone,

   The following errors above are what I get when I runt he Analyzer (I have replaced my domain w/ contoso.com & hid my IPs), but for the most part everything else is the same from the above log.

   

  Obviously the first attempt for AutoDiscover will not work as http://contoso.com points to our third-party hosted website. The other three should've worked, but are having Certificate mismatch problem and Service Record Location problem.

   

  I have tried using Outlook to test the AutoDiscover and it passed fine.  Externally I've gone to https://webmail.contoso.com/AutoDiscover/AutoDiscover.asmx and it pops up the screen asking me for credential.  For some odd reason, it would not take my credential and load up the *.asmx (whether using username@domain, or domain\username and even plain jane username).

   

  OWA, OAB, ActiveSync, EWS, AutoDiscover Internal/External URL are all set to:

  https://webmail.contoso.com/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync

  https://webmail.contoso.com/owa

  https://webmail.contoso.com/oab

  https://webmail.contoso.com/ews

   

  Our certificate is from comodo w/ a listing of: webmail.contoso.com & email.contoso.loc

   

  I have also created two _autodiscover._tcp  DNS entries.

  _autodiscover._tcp.contoso.com

  _autodiscover._tcp.contoso.loc

   

  Ideally I'd like to set the exchange server so that it recognizes the Certificate from Comodo and also the autodiscover working w/ Srv.

   

  I'll entertain any ideas on how to fix this.
