11. července 2012 9:41I attempted on several occasions to download Microsoft Explorer 9 to my computer. It allows me to download it, but it does not allow me to open it up on my computer. Something is blocking it from opening. Not sure what to do at this time?

You may try to install IE9 manually in Clean Boot environment.http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135
Meanwhile, you may right click the installation file and choose “run it as Administrator”.Kim Zhou
