FIM Live@Edu De-Provisioning

Hello Everyone,
1.) I want to de-provision users from Live@Edu. The users should not be deleted just disabled using FIM 2010 R2. Please suggest me how to achive this.
2.) Also, let me explain the condition to disable users from Live@Edu. We have two OU's Employee and Students and Flags in Data Source Emp and Stu. IF Emp='Y' then users goes to Employee OU and IF Stu='Y' then student OU. I have set Student OU as container in On Premises. The condition is if users changes to Employee means Users changes from Stu='Y' to Emp='Y' it would be moved to employee ou. In that case how would we diables the user from Live@Edu since the user will be moved to Employee OU which is not selected in Container or the MA.
