  Hi,

  Try to enable Lync server logging and reproduce the issue , you should be able to find more information on  SIP stack /S4 logs.

  Also check if there is any anti-virus installed on the machine.  We ran into an issue where it would work externally from the users home PC and not from the domain joined PC.  It was an Anti-Virus application preventing it.

  please check your exchange certificate and re-check your setup again.

  Also, use the Lync Logging Tools to analyze the error with installing Lync resource kits.

  You need to start logging the SIP track components and re-login the OWA and get back to the logging tool and stop the logging tool and analyze the log files. It will tell you the red highlight.
