    I know that user can set their own Pin by going to "Have you set your PIN".  My question is as an administrator can I set the pin for the user?

    There is no administrative interface for managing end-user PINs for dial-in conferencing. Other than logging in as the user, using their credentials, and resetting the PIN the users would need to do this themselves.
