KMS Office Count not going up.

Hello.
I have build an image using WDS for 80 machines. The image had KMS Office 2010 installed. The images were sysprepped and captured up to the server then deployed down. Its a server 2003 server, windows 7 (x86) clients.
Now I'm ready to activate them. The KMS count for windows went straight up no messing about but the office KMS count remains at 2 (?) and even though I have over 40 machines with Office on, when I try to activate them all I get the KMS count is insufficient message and the count remains at 2.
What am I doing wrong?

New in Office 2010 is the fact that you have to rearm Office, much like you do Windows, before you can use an installed instance of Office in an image. This link will tell you how:
