Live Meeting cannot connect

When trying to open "Web Conferencing, Microsoft Office Live Meeting" from our Microsoft Online Services I get the message; Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage.
I have an internet connection, everything else works, Outlook, IM, Sharepoint, it only happens with Live Meeting.
All the below has checked out:
- Internet connectivity has been lost.
- The website is temporarily unavailable.
- The Domain Name Server (DNS) is not reachable.
- The Domain Name Server (DNS) does not have a listing for the website's domain.
- There might be a typing error in the address.
- If this is an HTTPS (secure) address, click Tools, click Internet Options, click Advanced, and check to be sure the SSL and TLS protocols are enabled under the security section.
All other users on this wireless network can access Live Meeting.
We tried a Java update.
I've never had a problem opening Live meeting before today.
Running Win 7 Pro, IE9.
I'm stuck, thanks in advance for any help.
