Displaying Title and description from blogs list to my content query webpart

Hi,
YOu can use CQWP to configure it.
YOu only have to configure Posts List, mapp correctly List and XSLT fields, and edit XSLT,more ingfo: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb447557.aspx
