Creating a 508 compliant tri fold

I am creating a tri fold and it is 508 compliant but I want the reader to start reading in the middle of the page instead of the beginning. I created the document in Word.

SharePoint was designed to be compliant with Section 508. I'm not sure if I understand your question (is it about 508 compliance or is it about displaying a page from a Word document?). If you could elaborate about your question we would be more able to assist. From what I understand from your question, I would recommend you create a content type (instead of a Word document), format the output as tri-fold, and make sure the link to the page points to the middle of the page. If you want to use Word, please redirect the question to the appropriate forum.
