CustomHttpHandler on site collection (MySites)?

  I am trying to create CustomHttomHandlers as Feature on Site Collection (Mysites). Can anyone help me the code. I need to redirect from one page to another page in the same site collection. This HttpHandler has to take care of redirect pae. ex: I clicked on person.aspx(MyProfile) page, now Handler to should take of redirecting from person.aspx page to customperson.aspx page.
