group policy settings for terminal services in the virtual machine

I updated this PC to Windows 7 Pro and installed Microsoft Virtual PC.
I then installed Windows XP Mode with Office XP as a virtual machine.
This worked for many months - using Word XP and Excel XP - to relate to my
senior friends who quite probably will never update from the XP era.Suddenly when I tried to use my Virtual Machine I got the following
message:"Cannot start virtual application: Check the Group Policy settings for
Terminal Services in the virtual machine. Some of the settings required to run
virtual applications might be disabled".I click and it goes to a screen that says "enabling integration
features".This screen takes a little while and when it finishes it gives me the
message "Integration features have been disabled. You can log on to continue
without these features. To enable the integration features, you can shut down
the virtual machine and start again."How can I fix this???It gets thru the beginning name and password login. It will never let me in to use a virtual application - excel xp or word
xp.Thank-you in advance for the solution!- Přesunutý BrianEhMVP 25. května 2012 14:43 (From:Virtual Machine Manager – General)

Hi,
this is actually a question about Virtual PC/XP Mode, while this forum is about SCVMM. You may have better luck asking this question in this forum: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-us/w7itprovirt/threads (Windows 7 IT Pro \ Windows Virtual PC and XP Mode)

Hi John,
It seems like the problem with Windows XP Mode integration feature settings. Please follow these below setup :
1 Open Windows XP Mode---Tools---settings.
2 In Windows Virtual PC settings, select “Integration features” and choose all drivers in the right pane.
3 Click “OK ”
4 Go to Windows XP Mode---Tools, disable integration features and enable again.
If the issue still persists, I would suggest reinstalling Windows XP Mode.
You may refer the below links :Remove Windows XP Mode, Virtual Machine and Windows Virtual PC
Install and use Windows XP Mode in Windows 7
Hope it helps.
