I have read several articles/posts on this. Some people say you can’t do this easily so my question is::

Are there any ENTERPRISE tools that have come out that can do this?

I have about 4000 users that need to be moved from about 150 different terminal servers. Each user can log into about 10 different servers (depending on what load balancer or farms they are assigned) so duplicate profiles can be an issue.  And NO they do not have roaming profiles.  (I inherited this mess so don’t call me names :0 ).

I am working with our datacenter engineers but I would like to hear what the rest of the world has to say.

Thanks for any feed back you can give

**In a perfect world I would like to migrate their current local 2003 profiles into a new 2008r2 roaming profile.

    Hi,

Thanks for posting in Microsoft TechNet forums.

I suggest we check the "Translating local user profiles" part of "Active Directory Migration Tool (ADMT) Guide":

    That you.

I have been looking at the ADMT and also the User State Migration Tools.  I wanted to see if there were any other options out there.

    Thank you again
