I currently own a Western Digital Sentinel DX4000 that is running Windows Storage Server 2008 R2. I can log into my server using the "Desktop View" on my Android device and I can see the available media that I can access and stream. Unfortunately, when I select a video that is available for streaming, it is requiring me to install "Silverlight" in order to stream it from my storage server. Does anyone have anyone have a fix, workaround, or downloadable app that is available for Android, or iPod/iPhone?

Thanks for your post.
As far as I know, Mobile Safari on the iPad will not support or play Microsoft Silverlight content. Apple has also restricted the use of Silverlight on the iPhone. And Android web browsers can't support Silverlight right now.
