    Good morning - Just a quick question....is there any options in the administration center to extend the days from 7 to 14 for quarantine e-mails? Just curious

    The quarantine mailbox will hold messages for 15 days, not 7: technet.microsoft.com

    Thank you for your response.

    I rechecked and yes you are correct the junk e-mail is set to 15 days. The policy e-mail folder though is set to 7 days and I'd like to change that if possible.

    I am not aware of a way to modify the timeout on the policy e-mail folder. Try giving support a call - they should be able to answer the question quickly.
