    This new filtering option in FOPE looks interesting. Can you advise what specific criteria are used to identify Bulk Email? Having received 300+ unsolicited marketing related emails in the last month alone, many of which I'd expect to have used bulk mailing lists, I can see the X-Forefront-Antispam-Report entry in the header but don't see any with the SRV:BULK flag inserted.

    Hi Chris,

     

    FOPE identifies bulk mailers by looking over abuse submissions and manually identifying the ones that are sending bulk mail.  These are then added to the Bulk Mailers List.  To submit candidates, simply forward the message to abuse@messaging.microsoft.com with the headers intact, or preferably by using the Outlook Junk Mail Plugin.
