DPM 2010 - HP MSL2024 Library - Erase Disks

Hi,
I have got a problem with DPM 2010 and a HP MSL2024 Tape Library. About 2 Years ago i backuped data to tapes with overwrite protection 10 Years.
Now i want to delete a Tape, but DPM gives an error 31120 that i have to delete die complete protection group.
Is there an other way to delete the tape?

Hi,
You can use this DPM Powershell script: http://blogs.technet.com/dpm/archive/2007/09/04/cli-script-force-mark-tape-as-free.aspx
In DPM 2012, this script is included in the product and you are prompted to run it under the same circumstance.
