    I can't seem to export an Excel file from a software which is based on an Access 2010 data base.

    I've already tried downloading Office 2010 Service Pack 1, but it didn't work....

    Hope someone can help me use the software...

    Hi,

    Please confirm the issue more clearly with me.

    What do you mean that “I can't seem to export an Excel file ”? Do you mean you cannot see the button “Excel” in Export group?

    Or you cannot click the button which is always gray?

    If the issue is the second situation, then try to click some object such as table, then the button will be available.
