Office 2010 Professional Plus volume license

Hi, I have recently created a new new Windows 7 x64 image for all of the PC's at my work, this new image contains Office 2010 instead of 2007. When I created the image, I installed office and activated it with the volume license key that I was given. After a few weeks all of the PC's have been reporting that office is not activated and neither does it give the option to activate.
Any Ideas?

Hi,
you must rearm office activation BEFORE you capture the image. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee624357.aspx#section4
or else you will need to rearm and then reactivate EVERY machine after the image is deployed.
