I don't know why migration has to be so difficult...
The migration wizard is locking up during the Migration Process stage. Just see for yourself...
If I hit cancel, it says "are you sure you want to cancel?" and no matter if I click yes or no, it doesn't disappear. so if I try to close the Migration Tools, it won't let me because a dialog box (the migration wizard) is open. The only way to get out of it is to force the process to stop, and then magically everything I've done disappears and I have to re-upload the mailbox CSV.
any ideas what the heck is going on??
FWIW I'm using vista 64 with the 64 bit program.
I think I know what BPOS stands for now... big piece of... you know what.

Its hard to say without looking at the logs, but a few best practices thoughts. I would run the migration tools on a server, doesn't make any sense to run such an important process on a workstation...and Vista to boot! Make sure you have all pre-requisites:
If you still run into issues then check your event logs, the migration tool logs, etc to find a root cause. If all else fails call BPOS support. I'd bet it is the Vista machine and/or a missing pre-requisite.
