Microsoft Online Services Sign-in / username or password is incorrect

I can sign into mail.office365.com without a problem but the desktop client keeps reporting an error

David, please post this in the Office 365 forums: http://community.office365.com/en-us/f/default.aspx

Also, the Sign-in Client from BPOS does not function with Office 365.
