Outlook mail message removal problem

Samstag, 19. Januar 2013 22:50email message can not be removed with the x out button, when hit it puts a slash through it but does not remove.

You should have IMAP account.
In that ideas is mark message to delete (not kill them automatically).
You can use menu/view to hide this slashed message
or id definitely you want to remove it use Clean function
