    I have setup Hyper-V R2 SP1 on the host and have a VM containing VMM 2008 R2 SP1, VMM SSP 2.0 SP1, and SQL Server. I notice I cannot create a new VM based on existing template from SSP even though I can do that directly through VMM.

     

    The error in SSP is 1206: Task Script failed execution. The return code 1 did not match the success code list: 0 specified.

     

    Error Details: Host hv-srv-01.lucerne.msft doesn’t have network adapter

    Please make sure that the network configuration that you did on the SSP v2.0 is has the same naming as the Virtual networks configured on the host

    Hi,

    As mentioned by MOhamed above, the Virtual Network Name on the hyper-v host should be matching with the name you specified as hyper-v network in VMMSSP->Settings->Configure DataCenter resources->Network->Hyper-V Network.   Looks like your network names are not matching. Also make sure that you are selecting such valid network while creating the virtual Machine.
