Blank page My siti and My profile SharePoint 2010

I'm Having a problem with SharePoint 2010 SP1,that is when I try to login to "My site and My profile" I will return a blank page without any information.
In fact the problem seems to be due to the fact that I am redirected to a faulty link, for example instead of http://test.domainname.it/my is used only http://test/my
I did some tests and using the "complete" link (http://test.domainname.it/my), i visualize the information in my profile correctly.What could be the problem?

Hello,
In Central Administration, click Manage Service Applications, click the link for your User Profile Service Application, then click My Site Settings. The URL for My Sites can be adjusted there
