Is it possible to customize the 'Shared Workspace' pane that appears for Office 2003/2007 documents that are part of a SharePoint sites document library? If yes, is it possible to remove the default tab options like "Tasks", "People" etc.
Secondly, if a document workspace is created can the team discussion be featured in the "Shared Workspace" of the document (spreadsheet, word)?
not quite sure about the first question. if you send over a screenshot of the shared workspace then i might be able to help further.
you can save the document workspace as a template and use that when you create a new document workspace. you can put whatever document libraries you want in there and organise webparts how you like.
