Try contacting authors or find anything related on publisher's site: Wiley http://eu.wiley.com/WileyCDA/WileyTitle/productCd-0470277742.html as I can see one for 2005 version but not for this.
Do you see any information in the book as outdated or incorrect?

Thank you for your reply, Satya. This forum does not seem very active (or maybe my questions are tougher to answer). I am glad to hear from someone.
Yes, I found many inconsistency in the names used when I was reading it. Here are just some. For example, on page 156, in the first sentence, it should be Homeowners named query instead of "Customers". The named query should be the one created on page 143. Then on the same page, Step 11, it shows "Homeowner Bedrooms" but shouldn't it be "Bedrooms Tree". On Page 167, it should be "Lift chart" and not "Accuracy chart", right? On Page 169, shouldn't it be "16" instead of 18? On Page 179, Step 5, shouldn't it be "from the Homeowners table" instead? There are many others that I do not remember where they are now.
