1) See TechNet Restore a Database Backup (SQL Server Management Studio) and Restore a Database to a New Location (SQL Server) for step-by-step instructions.
2) I don't know, which performance issues you are facing currently?
And may could you please use a different subject then always "hai"; it's not helpful.
