    I am running SSMA 5.2 to migrate an Oracle 10g database to SQL Server 2008.

    I have installed the Oracle client and SSMA on the SQL Server server, which is Windows 2008 R2 64 bit. I have installed the Oracle client and SSMA client on my PC which is Windows XP.

    I can successfully use the SSMA tool to run analysis reports and convert databases from Oracle to SQL Server.

    But when I attempt to run any tests using the Tester functionality, I get an error

    'Common requirement' - 'Cannot connect to Oracle server via SQL server tester extensions'

    Any ideas why the migration process works but the testing doesn't?
