Astra 1N and EutelSat 28A satellite missing from Media Center

When are Microsoft going to add the new Astra 1N and EutelSat 28A satellite frequencies to the Media Center TV setup? These changeovers happened a few months ago and you still haven't updated the scanning information to reflect all the channels that have now moved over to this satellite.
This includes BOTH of the BBC HD channels which I cannot now receive. ITV HD and Channel 4 HD also now reside on this new satellite. Channel 5's extra FreeSat channels (5*, 5 USA) have also moved over to Astra 1N.
These are all the main UK channels and it's ridiculous that your entries are all now out of date, people running the automatic scan will hardly get any of the main channels
Eurobird 1 isn't even called Eurobird 1 anymore either, it's now Eutelsat 28A.
These are all glaring omissions that should have been fixed as soon as the change happened, does anyone actually take notice of these things at Microsoft??
