POC 2.0 PXE e32 - TFTP open timeout

I'm running the POCserver on W7 within Virtual PC,
when I want to test the MDT lite touch deployment on a newly created vm, that one is able to get an IP address from the POC server (had to authorize DHCP first),
then it times out with the error TFTP open Timeout.
On the server I already disabled all firewalls, created exceptions for the ports 69 and 4011, no solution there.

well I found the solution thanks to Johan..

after changing the range from 50.000 to 65.000 it works
I had already tried the UdpPortPolicy registry but that didn't help either.
