Microsoft Security Essentials ''detecting'' Trojan:JS/Redirector.JA-(4) times.

My Microsoft Security Essentials 3/30/12, had to be scanned & updated ''irregular'', because of a ''signal'' disruption-(Trojan); while watching videos from the (Hulu-website). This happened all of sudden (4) times, causing (system restore) for (repairs) of the (operating system).
Each time the ''signal'' disruption-(Trojan:JS/Redirector.JA) happened, it slows the computer-("fluttering") function like a (minor virus). I'am reporting these incidents because of the ''suspicious'' nature of someone tooling a irregular signal on my USB Modem, while functioning the PC. I live in the (Los Angeles)* area, if this has to be reported as a (Cyber Crime).

My question is about (download security).
Should I ''cancel'' any (download), especially (video downloads) when (Microsoft Security Essentials)
''detects'', suspends & removes Trojan:JS/Redirector.JA .
(MSE) has now (detected) this trojan virus, (43) times on my PC since 3/30/12 .
Also: Is there (download security) without ''infection'', when the trojan attacks happen.

A. It is interesting that the same virus is known for relatively long time and under various names. I have found the following:
Mal/Badsrc-C by Sophos
JS/Redirector.AB by Panda
JS/Redirector.Gen.9 by virubuster
HTML/Redir.CW by Norman
JS_BRADES.SMD by TradeMicroWhile searching various vendors I have found trace only at Sophos:

Give it a try and do not hesitate too long.
Interestingly this wirus appeared in MS virus database at the end of March 2012
B. I do not know if MS SE removed virus from your computer. Perhaps there is a residuum that is not malicious, but this is hypothesis only. Try to ask local MS support. Personally I would use Sophos removal tool and see if the removal was complete.
C. Sometime I use second antivirus program that does not interfere with primary my primary AV program. SpyBot is one possible solution. The negative impact in SpyBot is slower Internet Explorer response due to long hosts file that maps malicious sites to local host address (127.0.0.1).
D. You have not given any information about your computer network system. It is possible that you are infected by someone on you local network. In this case do "sanity" in all computers connected in your LAN.
E. If you have persistent problem with viruses join specialized forums.
F. Here is a sentence that you have read and heard many times: Update your AV database very frequently. (WSUS supports MS SE and updates comes twice a day in average)
