That's not wrong - I myself have 5 TEMP and 5 TMP variables on Windows 7.
The Usernames would probably be yours, <SYSTEM>, NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM, NT AUTHORITY\LOCAL SERVICE and NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE.
I have never seen any user reporting that Windows notifies him that the Recycle Bin is corrupt - but that's altogether a very different issue.
Recycle Bin is a special folder that displays the contents of RECYCLER folder in the root of all partitions. Nothing to do with Environment Variables as far as I know.
