Hi,
Which GPO did you refer to fail to apply? Standard GPO? Could you please use SkyDrive(https://skydrive.live.com/) to upload the gpresult /h whatever.html output again? I couldn't open the existing link you provided. And did you check the event viewer for any related errors with this?
In addition to, I noticed that you set security filtering in Standard GPO, typically you need to remove Authenticated users before you add new group. Read this:

Standard GPO? yes this is true but if i am right some off the others are not updating iver like i have when i sign in a few desktops that have folder redirection and some desktops the gp has not been applyed so if i am right the hole thing is not working and the pcs that have some policys applyed must have been updated before the system messed up.Hi,

i did actually reinstalled windows server 2012 but after a few days the policys stopped applying again i really dont know whats wrong with it and I noticed that you set security filtering in Standard GPO, typically you need to remove Authenticated users before you add new group. wel because i reinstalled windows i kept everything at auth users but the server still messed up after a few days and here is the html file :)
skydrive.live.com/redir?resid=E24C5FCAC9545470!113&authkey=!AM0vyVs7xsSnZEk
also as a side note someone said this to me but i dont know how to restart it so if you can give me instructions that will be great.:)
The problematic portion is the failure of RPC service:
"The RPC server is unavailable.
Note: Due to the GP Core failure, none of the other Group Policy components processed their policy. Consequently, status information for the other components is not available."
Check your server's event log for something regarding RPC, or try to stop the service and restart it.
thanks for reading get back to me asap.

Sounds like you're having the same issue as me. Log into the server go to group policy management and force a group policy update to all computers in an OU by right click on the OU choosing group policy update and then clicking yes on the pop up.
Post a screen shot with the results.
Mine looks like this
http://www.anony.ws/i6R
if its the same when I figure out whatever works for me I'll pass it along.

Hi,
You are getting the error "The RPC server is unavailable", which indicates you have other problems in your domain, it would be port being blocked or network connectivity issue or due to dns misconfig, you need to fix it first before the GPO applies. Please refer to this article for troubleshooting:
Troubleshooting "The RPC server is unavailable"

Hi turn off the firewall on the client/server.
If this doesn´t work, have also a look on this.

We change the firewall settings to disabled in Domain and active on home / Public Networks (if someone connecting via VPN).
