  This is usually done using Group Policy Restricted Groups.

  Scripts for local admin are in the repository (link above).

  Generally this is something that should be handled by restricted groups policy. Moving to group policy forum.

  You should be able to achieve this using the group policy preferences.

  Restricted groups is the best way to do it, but if you want a script something like this could work

  Set wshNetwork = WScript.CreateObject( "WScript.Network" )
  strComputer = wshNetwork.ComputerName
  strUser = "SCCMAdmin"
  
  Set objGroup = GetObject("WinNT://" & strComputer & "/Administrators,group")
  Set objUser = GetObject("WinNT://" & strComputer & "/" & strUser & ",user")
  objGroup.Add(objUser.ADsPath)
