Only a few RDS sessions cannot be remote controlled 2008r2

Montag, 11. Februar 2013 22:08Within the past month I have lost the ability to remote control NEW users(in the last 30 days)-both parties get a black screen. I can still access legacy users and control them as usual. I have been doing research and I have found that I can get to them using the shadow command but still cannot from the manager. All (RDS and AD) servers are 2008r2, clients are HP thin clients. Anyone else experience this?
