Just a few questions that come to my mind that could be useful to find the solution.
- Can you tracert the ip-address or hostnames of the machines?
- Have you tried something like wireshark to track where you actually lose the package?
- Are all machines visible in the server manager console? (either on a win8 or server 2012 machine)
- Can the virtual machines be managed from a Hyper-V manager console?
And sorry for asking, but what ip-addresses/subnet are you using for each machine?
Are all addresses static, or do you have a dhcp-server in place?

Hello
usually it is a problem on your lag configuration.. just remove lacp use a normal load balanced team and see what happen.. however..
you forgot to mention an important thing.. what kind of Vswitch on your hyper host are you using ?!
regards
