Deploying Vista SP1 via WSUS 3.0 SP2

Hello.
Does anyone here have any experience with deploying Vista Service Pack 1 via WSUS?
The reason for this question is that the default client update version for Windows Vista is 6.0.6000.16386 and for some unknown reason wuident.cab is instructed to not update this version and this is what you’ll see in the logs:Client version: Core: 6.0.6000.16386 Aux: 6.0.6000.16386
Setup Skipping SelfUpdate check based on the /SKIP directive in wuidentSo now we have a chicken and egg problem. How do I update Vista to Service Pack 1 if the agent does not want to self update?
Any ideas are appreciated, since this is a problem that no one has an answer on the Internet while googling for about two weeks.

I think i may be able to answer my own question.
To get Vista Service Pack 1 deployed via WSUS you first need to approve:
- KB938371
- then KB937287
- and then finally approve the Service Pack itself, KB936330.
This is mentioned nowhere in the Service Pack documentation.
Hopefully this helps someone googling that error code.
