Microsoft Outlook 2007 frozen

    Question

  • my outlook is frozen everytime i open it and it stops the computer from working properly. i think it might be becuase the in box is overloaded as i get an error message saying repair in box (scanpst.exe) but i cant find where i run this outside of outlook. i cant actually access outlook now to delete emails etc as it wont let me - any ideas how I can repair this?

    From your description, Scanpst.exe is installed when you install Outlook. It is located at:

     

    drive:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE12.
