  • Thanks for your feedback, Yoshihiro. We will keep this in mind for our next round of improvements in the Privacy Settings area.

Something that you might want to consider, in the case that the privacy level for all these sources is Public, would be to turn on Fast Combine (in the Power Query ribbon, under Workbook Settings). This will effectively turn off the privacy level control, in case that this is getting on your way and you don't need to worry about privacy with these sources.

Please note that this isn't the recommended state, but might be helpful for you in particular scenarios. You can find more information about Privacy Levels and Fast Combine in this page: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/excel-help/privacy-levels-HA104009800.aspx

    Thanks,

  • Hi Yoshihiro,

Thanks for your feedback. Bulk editing Privacy Levels is not currently supported, but we're aware of this scenario and are thinking about ways to improve it in the future.

Could you let us know if the 1,000+ entries have a common root (i.e. all pages from the same web site)?

    Regards,
    M.

  • Thank you Miguel.

No, 1000+ entries don't have same common root.

    Ex. Company custmer's web sites.
    Ex. Company partner's web sites.
    Ex. Scholl web sites.
Ex. Company web sites in same cities.

    Feedbacks:
    1. bulk to set Data Source Privacy Settings.
    2. bulk to delete Data Source Privacy Settings.
    3. bulk to set Authentication Settings of Data Source.
    4. Export Data Source Privacy Settings to CSV, and Excel for create reports.
