    Question

  • I have been getting this error code (80073712) when I run a windows update/install on security updates KB2686831 (MS .NET F-work 3.5.1) and KB27311847 (Security Update for x64 based systems). The exact error message is:

    Failed: 2 updates

    Error(s) found:

Anyone else having this issue and have a solution?

    Thanks
