Please can you help me?
I started using scheduling assistant to create board room bookings, I have given full permission to two people to be able to delete or edit bookings, everyone else in the company have normal access to create a new meeting request. The problem is that all bookings come up as 'tentative', the people who have the full permission need to accept the invite to remove the 'tentative'. Is there a way around this please?
Exchange 2010 and Office 2010
Please change the setting of the target Calendar in OWA: login OWA, go to Options > Calendar Option, uncheck “Automatically place new meeting requests on my calendar, marked Tentative”.
Or, we can run the following command to the target mailbox:
Set-MailboxCalendarSettings mailboxname –AddNewRequestsTentatively $false
Hope this helps.

Thanks for your response, it seems the above change removes the meeting request from the calender altogether, after making the booking it doesn't appear.
The user who has the full permission needs to accept the request for the meeting to appear in the calender.
