trouble shooter malfunction

  • when i run compatability troubleshooter for a program an error occurs saying ''an unexpected error occured.the troubleshooting wizard cant continue" and below it says "error code: 0x80070057 ,source: command line,context: restricted"

    what should i do?????

    my laptop model is :SAMSUNG NP300E5C-AO8SA

    RAM:2GB

    HD:320GB

    OS:WINDOWS 8 64 BIT

    PROCESSOR: INTEL PENTIUM

    You may use the System File Checker tool (SFC.exe) to determine which file is causing the issue, and then replace the file. To do this, follow the link given below.
