  • The faulting module which is StackHash_0a9e is not positively identified.

    Can you check what is logged in the Event Viewer:

    Start > type eventvwr in the "Search programs and files" box and press "Enter" > expand "Custom Views" > "Administrative Events"

    Look through the "Administrative Events"  for Application Errors involving dwm.exe or other crashing applications.

    Double-click on each event for more details.

  • The faulting module is still not identified:

    Name on Modul with error: unknown, version: 0.0.0.0, timestamp: 0x00000000

    Can you download and run the following application (AppCrashView):

    http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/app_crash_view.html

    Click on one of the recent errors.

    Can you copy and paste the information that appears in the lower window that has loaded modules.

  • The problem may be the following loaded module:

    LoadedModule[28]=C:\Windows\system32\atkdx11disp.dll

    The atkdx11disp.dll has been known to cause issues with application errors such as in the following link:

     http://www.cybergamer.com.au/forums/thread/299909/BF3-issues-(Crashing-at-the-end-of-each-map-audio-stutter)/

    Can you uninstall the application that installed the atkdx11disp.dll which may be ASUS OSD (OnScreenDisplay)  and see if that helps.
