Computor Inventory - Unknown Tablets

    Question

  • Good morning,

We have a problem with Intune not showing full inventory for 29 of the Tablets we manage.

These Tablets are not part of a domain. Are fully updated and work fine. When I run a computer Inventory all I get is as shown in the picture. Did some research and found a similar problem with people using SCE

    Any ideas anyone.

    Cheers

    Mick.

  • Hi,

Have you tried a remote inventory update on those machines?

    Thanks.

  • Hi,

What is the particular make/model?  Are all the tablets of this make/model not reporting correctly?

    Thanks,

    Jon

    Jon Hi,

    Thanks for your response.

All the Tablets are Acer ICONIA W510P, a total of 820 of which 29 show no details. They are all running Windows 8 Pro 32 bit. They update and work fine just having this problem.

    Cheers

  • Jon Hi,

Tried your suggestion and it worked fine, took a while for it to complete the remote tasks but now have all the computer data up to date.

    Thanks for that

    Cheers

    Mick
