Outlook 2013: filtering messages only shows one message, the latest one

    Question

  • Greetings.

My Outlook 2013 clients have the following problem:

When they filter messages and click on "more" link to exhibit messages from other folders and archiving, it´s showing only one message, the latest one in the filter, when it should appear all messages from the filter more the ones from other folders and archiving.

I have already windows and office updated and the problem persists.

Any Idea in what is happening? If more environment information is necessary please ask.

  • Hey!

    A workaround:

    1) Set Outlook 2013 email profile to download all messages from server (the default in Outlook is download messages from 12 months)

    2) Update with http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2817468

    3) Restart computer

    4) Open Outlook and wait the sync/update of all folders

    5) Wait or reindex outlook items (Windows Control Panel)

I have done this in 13 computers, all with success, some was necessary to restart outlook.

  • Hi Fabio,

Is the same behavior happening in OWA?
