Using Windows 7, IE8 , SharePoint 2013 on Premises
Error when clicking under Document Library Settings - click on Open with Explorer - We're Having a Problem opening this Location, Add this website to the trusted sites
Did the Following Changes
Added to Trusted Zone
Web Client Start-restart
LAN Settings....All done but no luck
Any fix to be done at the browser level ?

It might even be simpler than all that, especially if you're using Office 365. Try closing all browser windows, clearing your cache, and signing back in and checking Keep Me Signed In. Yet another Trick that works in our environment (custom STS with Saml claims):
If you see "Your client does not support opening this list with Windows Explorer"
1. Open one Document in the Library with Winword
2. Verify that Office Integration works. Verify the green arrowed "save as" icon.
3. Click "save as" - you see the Library path with SP Team Site Icon - click the paths - browse a little.
and yeah "open in eplorer" magically works from Internet Explorer after involving Word.
