  • Hi,

It seems like the Office suite hasn’t been installed correctly. We recommend that you check for the Office installation on your computer. To do this, follow these steps:
    1.Click Start.
For Windows 7, click in the Search programs and files box.
2.Type appwiz.cpl and then click OK.
3.Check the list of currently installed programs of the Microsoft Office suite.
If you cannot find the Office 2010 suite in the list, please use your installation CD to install the Office 2010 suite again.

If the Office 2010 suite can be found in the list,  please following these steps to repair the programs:
    1. Select the Microsoft Office 2010 suite you want to repair and then click Change.
    2. Select Repair, and then click Continue. You may have to restart your computer after the repair is completed

  • Try to repair your Office Installation. Goto Control Panel --> Programs and Features --> Microsoft Office --> Change --> Repair.

or, try to uninstall Office first by using guide from here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/971179 , then reinstall Office again..

    Hope this helps :)
