Microsoft Project Professional 2013, Trial version

    Question

  • Have downloaded Project Professional 2013 Trial Version, but I'm unable to open it. Is Project Professional 2013 a stand alone unit, not linked to MS Office. I have MS Office 2010. Can someone guide me with this. Thanks

  • Hey there,

Is the installation showing an error message of some kind? Could it be your download is corrupt?

Just remember the minimum requirements for Project Pro have increased, and you need at Least Windows 7 with .NET 3.5 and IE8.

The only reason you might need the other parts of office is for the Visual Reports part which require Excel and Visio.

    Cheers,

  • Installation does not show any error so I presume download is alright. Its an .img file which is perhaps the problem. I'm unable to open this .img file.
