folder view not refreshing - windows 7


  • we have a windows small business 2008 64bit server and 7 windows 7 pro 64 bit client. Our local multi function printer allows us to scan documents directly to a folder on the network so users can access them directly from their desk. Problem is when we scan some documents, their are not visible right away to users! Sometimes 1 or 2 can see them immediatly while the others are waiting upto half hour to see them appears. F5 dont do nothing, close and open users session either... 

    This is a problem because we are paperless... right now i've tried everything i could tought of please help

  • This is Windows Server Forum, try asking your question on Windows 7 Forum (you can get better answers) I would suggest trying several things: Ensure that you have only one network connection active on client computer Try Windows 7 in clean boot Try disabling Client for Microsoft Windows on your active network connection
