Problems with Virtual Lab connection

    Question

  • I have purchased several online courses but have not been able to do the virtual labs.  The problem is that I cannot sustain a connection to LON-DEV1 for more than 30 seconds to a minute.  The connection is dropped or lost after that.  I am running Vista Business and use Comcast as my internet provider.  I am not aware of any special issues with my computer.  Is there anyone who can help me with this?
